AltaMed Health Services Corp. seeks a Dental Office Manager to coordinate business, operational, compliance, and clinical activities across AltaMed dental sites.

The role collaborates with site leadership to optimize workflow and patient care while driving organizational goals. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (or 4 years healthcare experience), 2+ years in a dental office, and leadership experience; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or Business Administration; can be substituted by 4 years of healthcare experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in a dental office within the dental industry.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a dental office setting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• A valid BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate business, operational, compliance, and clinical activities at AltaMed dental locations or outreach units.
• Collaborate with Site Dental Director, Clinic Director, Site Medical Director, and corporate leaders to drive performance and outcomes.
