Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs and policies.
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Discuss treatment options with patients and verify insurance payments and collections.
• Supervise and reinforce daily tasks of the non-clinical team under the Manager.
• Review daily data to evaluate impact on the practice.
• Oversee scheduling and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify insurance payments, collections, and deposits.
