Responsibilities

• Supports profitable operations by facilitating patient referrals, maintaining equipment, and managing costs.
• Verifies insurance and communicates coverage to clinical staff and patients.
• Communicates financial obligations to patients for each procedure.
• Ensures all accounts are credited when payments are received.
• Follows scheduling guidelines to maintain a manageable, profitable dentist/hygienist schedule.
• Participates in recall program to meet targets.
