Dental Office Manager - The Woodlands, TX (T, W, TH)

OFFICE MANAGER - Private Practice
Location: The Woodlands, TX
Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday (Friday half-day may be needed during onboarding)
Compensation: $22+/hour, based on experience

We’re looking for more than a scheduler or insurance coordinator — we need someone who’s ready to own the day-to-day operations of a small but high-performing dental practice. The title is Office Manager, but the role is built for someone with strong leadership skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to keep the team and systems aligned.

This is an ideal role for someone who has already been managing a front desk — even if unofficially — and is ready to lead with purpose, consistency, and heart. You'll serve as the doctor’s right hand in building a streamlined, patient-first environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Coordinating the daily schedule and ensuring smooth patient flow throughout the day
• Managing and mentoring front office staff and supporting the clinical team
• Tracking daily production, reviewing weekly goals, and maintaining team accountability
• Taking the lead on team communication, conflict resolution, and culture-building
• Managing time-off requests, check-ins, and HR-related tasks
• Overseeing inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
• Ensuring systems, protocols, and compliance are followed consistently
• Delivering a warm, professional experience to every patient

Who We’re Looking For
• Minimum 3+ years of front office dental experience
• At least 1+ year in a leadership or management role
• Confident, organized, and naturally proactive
• Skilled in Dentrix, credentialing, insurance processes, and scheduling
• A team player with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Comfortable leading a team while still rolling up your sleeves when needed
