Job summary

Dental365 in Southborough, MA is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead daily operations of a busy dental practice. You will oversee staff, ensure accurate records and billing, and collaborate with leadership to drive patient care excellence.

Requirements include at least 2 years of practice management experience, strong leadership, proficiency with practice management software, and excellent English communication skills. Full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

  • Experience with relevant practice management software.

HIRING SCHEDULE:
  • Monday: 7:30am - 5:00pm
  • Tuesday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
  • Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
  • Friday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core Responsibilities

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000/yr + quarterly bonus eligibility

Salary Range

$75,000 - $85,000 USD
