Job summary

Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Dental Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our dental office and support team performance. You will partner with the doctor and clinical team to create a positive, productive practice environment and deliver an exceptional patient experience.

We offer a schedule of Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and compensation in the $61,000–$63,000 per year range. Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this role.

As a Dental Office Manager, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for our patients while helping your team and practice thrive. You’ll lead the day-to‑day operations of the office, support team performance, and partner with the doctor and clinical team to create a positive, productive practice environment.
