This leadership role is critical in maintaining efficient workflows, strengthening communication among staff and doctors, and ensuring every patient receives outstanding care. Candidates must have solid dental industry experience and proven management skills in a busy dental office setting.

What We Need
  • Essential Experience: 5+ years dental field experience with 2+ years managing a busy dental office
  • Eaglesoft proficiency required
  • HIPAA, OSHA, and insurance billing expertise
  • Leadership Excellence: Proven team management and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Healthcare Management, or Dental Studies)
  • Spanish language skills a plus

Team & Workflow Leadership

  • Supervise daily operations and lead both administrative and clinical teams.

  • Ensure the office complies with HIPAA, OSHA, and dental regulations.
  • Implement risk management strategies and safety protocols.
