Healthy Smiles Family Dental in Salem, OR is seeking an Office Leader to manage the practice, staff, and financial performance. The role emphasizes communicating treatment options, coordinating referrals, and ensuring patient satisfaction while driving profitability.

You will lead a team, oversee daily operations, and collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule and a competitive annual salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a dental practice, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Solid understanding of practice management, financial reporting, and business operations.
• Proficiency in dental practice management software (preferred) and Word/Excel.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team, ensuring a positive, productive work environment.
• Serve as the bridge between the doctor, patients, and the dental team to ensure a seamless experience from check-in to treatment.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, patient flow, inventory, and office systems to ensure efficiency.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to ensure revenue goals and financial targets are met.
• Forecast future growth opportunities and implement strategies to expand patient volume and enhance the patient experience.
• Oversee HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, and staff development to ensure compliance.
