Position Overview

The Treatment & Patient Financial Specialist serves as a trusted resource for patients by helping them understand recommended treatment and available financial solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Review treatment recommendations with patients in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Discuss insurance benefits, estimated out-of-pocket expenses, and financing options.
  • Help patients make informed decisions regarding their oral health care.
  • Coordinate treatment scheduling and ensure a smooth transition between clinical and administrative teams.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service while creating a supportive patient experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Monday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Tuesday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
