Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls and assisting patients with scheduling and general inquiries.
• Scheduling and confirming patient appointments, including manual follow-up when needed.
• Verifying insurance eligibility prior to appointments.
• Checking patients out and reviewing account balances.
• Monitoring quick-fill and missed appointment queues to proactively fill schedule gaps.
• Assisting with surgery scheduling and coordination, including communication with partnered surgery facilities.
• Providing administrative support during slower periods and designated closed days (including phone coverage).
• Maintaining accuracy in scheduling systems and supporting overall front office workflow.
