CVS Health is seeking a Dental Network Relations Senior Analyst to act as the liaison between Aetna and DSOs, providing subject-matter expertise on Dental Products and market position. You will negotiate provider contracts, analyze costs, and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and expand the network.

The role requires 2+ years in provider relations or related healthcare fields, strong Excel/data skills, and excellent communication. Travel up to 10% is possible as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in provider relations, network management, healthcare contracting, dental insurance, or a related healthcare environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications including manipulation and analysis of data via Excel.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong negotiation expertise.
• Agility and flexibility towards changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Account management of DSOs and large dental groups to support network initiatives.
• Negotiate contracts at all organizational levels with a focus on cost-of-care analysis.
• Utilize data analytics to identify cost savings opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve provider issues with urgency.
• Recruit providers to expand network and meet access needs.
• Communicate early warning signs of potential issues to management.
