This full-time role supports access and affordability in a remote, mobile work environment, while expanding contracted networks and profitability for Aetna.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in provider relations or healthcare contracting, strong negotiation and Excel skills, travel up to 20% for recruitment, and a High School diploma or higher.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in provider relations, network management, healthcare contracting, dental insurance, or a related healthcare environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong negotiation expertise
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications including manipulation and analysis of data via Excel
• Agility and flexibility towards changing priorities
• Must be able to travel (up to 20%) for recruiting projects
