We are expanding our Metal Printing manufacturing team and seeking entry‑level operators who can run, monitor, and troubleshoot metal printing workflows to deliver high-quality dental products on schedule.

You will gain hands-on experience with build preparation, machine operation, print monitoring, and quality inspection in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfort with digital tools and technology.
• Mechanical curiosity and interest in advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Problem solving and breaking challenges into manageable steps.

Responsibilities

• Directly operate metal printing software and equipment to prepare, orient, nest, and support dental products in a fast-paced production environment.
• Launch and monitor metal print jobs, verify machine readiness, and ensure successful build completion according to workflows and timelines.
• Serve as a key operator with insights into workflow, machine performance, and capacity improvement opportunities.
• Troubleshoot process, equipment, software, and print-related issues in a high-volume setting.
• Uphold manufacturing and print quality standards including preparation protocols, procedures, powder handling, and inspection requirements.
• Collaborate with production, design, and quality teams to resolve workflow bottlenecks.
• Assist with machine cleaning, routine maintenance, powder handling, and workspace organization.
