Lane & Associates Family Dentistry in Clinton, NC is seeking a Head Dental Assistant to support the dentist and supervise the clinical team, ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will manage inventory, train new staff, and serve as OSHA and Radiation Safety Officer, upholding safety standards while delivering excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Must have Dental Assistant Certification.
• Valid NC X-Ray Certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 15–20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day clinical workflow.
• Place supply orders and monitor inventory.
• Maintain budgeted supply expenses.
• Verify and submit supply invoices.
• Verify and submit lab invoices; communicate with dental labs.
• Train and mentor new clinical staff.
• Serve as OSHA & Radiation Safety Officer.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and Safety Policies.
• Support retrieval of 5-Star Google Reviews by promoting excellent patient experiences.
• Share clinical maintenance duties as required.
• Perform all regular Chairside Dental Assistant duties.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
