Arch Dental Arts in Birmingham, Alabama is seeking an experienced Dental Laboratory CAD/CAM Team Member proficient in scanning, milling and 3Shape design to join our technology-driven team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of work-related experience.
• Experience with 3Shape and implant-supported prosthetic design.
• Strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and morphology.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret dental prescriptions and technical specifications for complete and correct information.
• Accurately enter case and patient information into Lab software and workflow.
• Scan cases into 3Shape system following standard procedures and protocols.
• Nest/Mill/Print Zirconia and resin materials utilizing state-of-the-art technology.
• Ensure all steps are taken to ensure accurate and consistent results.
• Collaborate with dentists and internal technicians whenever necessary
• Perform quality checks and support day-to-day workflow

POSITION SUMMARY

Arch Dental Arts is seeking an experienced Dental Laboratory CAD/CAM Team Member proficient in scanning, milling and 3-Shape design to join our talented team in Birmingham, Alabama. Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret dental prescriptions and technical specifications for complete and correct information
• Accurately enter case and patient information into Lab software and workflow.
