Aspen Dental is seeking a skilled Denture Lab Technician to join our team and contribute artistry to denture fabrication in a patient‑centered setting.

You will work with state‑of‑the‑art equipment, collaborate with dentists, and help deliver exceptional care to our communities while benefiting from training and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience completing denture fabrication from start to finish.
• Ability to pass a hands-on skill assessment/bench test.

• Training in dental lab technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dentists to ensure optimum patient satisfaction.
• Oversee your own laboratory.
• Fabricate dentures from impression to insert.
• Complete prosthetic repairs, relines, and re-bases.
• Oversee preparation of laboratory supply orders.
• Work with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.

Salary: $30 - $35 / hour

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
• Experience with complete fabrication of quality denture products from start to finish
• The ability to pass a hands‑on skill assessment/bench test completing such process
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
• Training in dental lab technology a plus
