We are currently seeking an experienced, skilled dental lab technician, with experience fabricating dentures from start to finish, to be the Lab Manager at one of our state-of-the-art denture labs. Only AD&I can offer:

• Monday through Friday work week with no nights or weekends
• Career development through on-the-job training
• Paid vacations and holidays, totaling over one month of time off annually
• No travel required; technicians work exclusively with one practice at their on-site lab
• Generous benefits, including healthcare and a 401(k)
• Pay: $24 - $30 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Expertise in all aspects of denture fabrication, including setting teeth, wax-up, festooning, carving, finishing, repairs, pouring, and trimming denture models
• Strong work ethic, leadership skills, positive attitude, and excellent communication
• Understanding of OSHA protocols
• Willingness to cross-train team members in all lab areas

Qualifications:

• Significant experience fabricating dentures from start to finish
• Denture and implant experience preferred but not required
• Same-day denture experience is a bonus but not mandatory
• Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday during business hours
