Dental Lab Technician Accelerated Trainee

Salary: $25 - $32 / hour

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Dental Lab Technician Accelerated Trainee, you will have a great career and so much more. We will take you through our training program to learn traditional denture production from start to finish. You will have the ability to showcase your dental lab technician skills to create better smiles and improve lives within your community. You will have access to industry- leading equipment, instruments, thought leaders, and certified trainers.

  • Complete all hands-on bench tests to quality standards and within the planned timeline, following the Lab Tech Training Program under trainer guidance.
  • Fabricate quality prosthetic denture products following established protocols under supervision.
  • Complete prosthetic repairs, relines, and re-bases according to protocols, with trainer supervision.
  • Prepare laboratory supply orders according to established protocols, adhering to budgetary guidelines, under trainer supervision.
  • Collaborate with dentists to ensure optimum patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Previous full or partial denture experience including at least one of the following: processing, wax up / carving, denture set-ups, trimming models, and pouring impressions.
  • Ability to pass hands-on skill assessments, committed to professional development.
  • Dental lab technology training and dental experience.
  • Analytical, artistic, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Technical aptitude with computer skills and multitasking ability.
  • Ability to relocate required.
