Job summary

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Dental Laboratory Technician specializing in crown & bridge fabrication at its Manchester, NH lab. Candidates should have experience in building porcelain crowns and understand tooth anatomy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience with building porcelain crowns and 2 or more years contouring monolithic crowns.

Responsibilities

• Fit all work to a solid poured or digitally printed model.
• Choose correct porcelain.
• Build to correct contour, blend and occlusion.
• Stain and glaze with crown clean-up functions on posterior restorations.
• Complete esthetic anterior PFZ, PFM and full contour cases.

Skills

Knowledge of tooth anatomy

Ability to articulate according to Rx

Knowledge of materials (i.e. stones, acrylic)

Identify through Impressions margins

Must be able to understand, read, write and speak English

Education

High School diploma

1-2 years’ experience with building porcelain crowns

Tools

Laboratory equipment (grinders, lathes, ovens)
