Job summary

Affordable Dentures & Implants is seeking a Dental Laboratory Manager Technician to lead our denture and removable prosthetics lab. This role combines hands-on fabrication leadership with supervision, training, and process improvement to ensure high-quality prosthetic restorations.

The ideal candidate has extensive denture fabrication experience, a track record of mentoring technicians, and a strong understanding of lab safety and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience in denture fabrication and supervisory duties.
• Strong knowledge of complete dentures, partials, and related implant-supported prosthetics.
• Experience leading a dental laboratory team and training technicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level leadership in complete denture fabrication.
• Train and mentor laboratory technicians.
• Oversee quality, safety, and OSHA compliance in the lab.
