We are currently seeking an experienced dental lab technician, skilled in fabricating dentures from start to finish, to be the Lab Manager at one of our state-of-the-art denture labs. Only AD&I offers:

• Monday through Friday work week with no nights or weekends
• Career development through on-the-job training
• Paid vacations and holidays, totaling over one month off annually
• No travel; technicians work exclusively at their on-site lab
• Generous benefits, including healthcare and a 401(k)
• Pay: $26 - $34 / hour

Responsibilities

• Expertise in all denture fabrication aspects: setting teeth, wax-up, festooning, carving, finishing, repairs, pouring, and trimming denture models
• Strong work ethic, leadership skills, positive attitude, and excellent communication
• Understanding of OSHA protocols
• Willingness to cross-train team members in all lab areas

Qualifications

• Significant experience in fabricating dentures from start to finish
• Denture and implant experience preferred but not required
• Same-day denture experience is a plus but not necessary
• Availability for full-time work, Monday to Friday, during lab hours
