Job summary

Jonah Cooper Jr, LLC seeks a detail-oriented Case Success Coordinator to join our surgical guide dental laboratory team. This role bridges the gap between the lab bench and the clinical chair, working directly with doctors on case planning and performing hands-on fabrication of surgical guides.

The position requires strong lab skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple cases while operating 3D printers and other lab equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dental laboratory or surgical lab.
• Familiarity with surgical guides or implant models.
• Ability to present case information to doctors.
• Proficiency with computer-based case management tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up surgical guide cases and discuss treatment plans with doctors.
• Fabricate, adjust, and finish surgical guides and study models per specs.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment including 3D printers and hand tools.
• Document case notes, approvals and revisions in the case management system.
• Maintain organized inventory and lab cleanliness.
