Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of dental insurance claims and predeterminations.
• Follow up on unpaid claims, rejections, and determinations.
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding eligibility and benefits.
• Maintain monthly billing statements and patient accounts.
• Coordinate payment plans with patients.
• Manage accounts receivable and collections as needed.
• Answer calls and route to correct department.
