The role requires independence, attention to detail, and professional communication with patients and carriers. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of dental insurance billing experience, strong PPO knowledge, and Dentrix proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dental insurance billing experience.
• Strong understanding of PPO claims processing.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Dentrix or similar practice management software.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Submit insurance claims and monitor tracking and follow-up.
