Job summary

HealthSource of Ohio is seeking an Implementation Coordinator to join our team and support quality healthcare for our patients and communities.

The role coordinates onboarding for new hires, clinical and business office, plans communications, and coordinates training initiatives with the Director while monitoring processes for accuracy and compliance. Healthcare project management and training experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 5 years health care experience, preferably in an ambulatory physician setting with project management and training experience.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Previous EHR or NextGen experience is preferred.
• Dental experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Management, or Business Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates onboarding for new hires, clinical and business office.
• Assist in the planning and delivery of communication material on an as needed basis.
• Coordinate presentations to communicate Process Improvement and patient safety activities, team activities and achievements.
• Monitor processes for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate training initiatives with Director
