Job summary

ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers is seeking a Dental Implant Sales Consultant (Patient Education Consultant) to educate and guide patients through implant options, financing, and next steps. You will own the consultation process from first contact to decision, building trust and a robust sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of quota-carrying consultative sales experience with direct revenue responsibility and metrics.
• Experience in a high-ticket, elective, or healthcare environment with $5k+ transaction value.
• Experience with loan origination, interest rates, and financing processes.
• Ability to build rapport quickly, listen actively, and earn patient trust.
• High emotional intelligence, empathy, and experience guiding patients through sensitive decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Own the consultation (sales) process from first contact through decision

• Build customized payment plans to meet individual patient financial needs
• Proactively generate leads through community engagement, patient referrals, and outreach
• Create and manage a robust sales pipeline through active lead generation
• Ensure a smooth and supportive transition from consultation to procedure
• Collaborate closely with doctors and general managers to optimize patient care and sales performance
• Perform other duties as needed to support the center’s success

We're Looking For

• 2-5+ years of quota-carrying consultative sales experience with direct revenue responsibility and documented performance metrics
• 2-Experience in a high-ticket, elective, or healthcare environment with $5k+ transaction value highly preferred
• Experience in a high-ticket, elective, or healthcare environment with $5k+ transaction value highly preferred
• Experience with loan origination, interest rates, and financing processes
• Ability to build rapport quickly, listen actively, and earn patient trust
• High emotional intelligence, empathy, and experience guiding patients/clients through emotionally sensitive decisions
• Resilient, self-directed, and metrics driven mindset with ownership of personal performance
• Salesforce or CRM proficiency experience preferred
