Job summary

Affinity Dental Management is seeking a Temporary Dental Hygienist to contribute to our practice brands in East Haddam, Cromwell, Avon, and Simsbury, Connecticut. This role offers an attractive pay rate of $35-50/hour, flexible shifts, and opportunities for continuing education.

As a Dental Hygienist, you will educate patients, perform essential services, and collaborate with a dedicated team members to ensure optimal patient care. Candidates must have an associate degree in dental hygiene, a CT state license, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must possess a CT state license and CPR certification.
• 1-year dental experience preferred.
• Experience and certification in anesthesia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for appointments.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene.

East Haddam Dental: 32 William F Palmer Rd, Moodus, CT

Preferred Dental of Cromwell: 75 Berlin Rd, Cromwell CT

Hope Family Dentistry: 8 Plank Hill Road, Simsbury, CT

Schedule:

Daily, weekly and monthly assignments – an engaging and meaningful contribution!

Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and prepare patients for a comforting experience
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, providing hands‑on guidance
• Perform essential dental hygiene services with precision and care
• Collaborate with a dedicated team, ensuring optimal patient care
• Maintain compliance with all safety, OSHA guidelines, and practice protocols

Requirements:

• Associate degree or higher from an ADA-accredited dental hygiene program
• CT state license and CPR certification
• Experience and certification in anesthesia preferred
