Spektor Dental in Bellevue, WA is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to deliver high-quality preventive care and build lasting patient relationships. The role offers clinical autonomy, ongoing CE opportunities, and support from Mosaic Dental Collective.

The RDH will perform cleanings, educate patients, take x-rays, and collaborate with the dentist to ensure comprehensive treatment plans in a modern, compassionate practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program.
• Valid licenses/certifications as mandated by WA and federal law.
• Experience with dental software and EHR systems.

Spektor Dental, and Dr. Wendy Spektor, practice partner of Mosaic Dental Collective, is looking for a warm, detail-oriented, and patient-centered, full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join the team in Bellevue, WA. This role is perfect for someone who loves building patient relationships, enjoys providing top-tier preventative care in a high-end office, and wants to be part of a fun, supportive environment. We offer a flexible schedule with the option to work up to 3 to 5 days/week depending on preference. As a RDH in our practice, you'll have clinical autonomy, access to continued education, and the backing of a collective that believes in empowering care teams to grow and shine. Your work will truly matter—and your patients will feel it.

Pay Range: $72-$77+/hr. depending on experience. Retention and hiring bonuses available!
