General Overview

$7,500 Sign on Bonus

Compensation: Pay range of $45 - $50/hr
Schedule: 4 day work week--Monday 8am - 2pm, Tuesday - Thursday 8am -5pm (flexiblity to work 3 days/week)
Sign on bonus: $7,500 sign on paid after 60 days

Responsibilities

As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will identify opportunities to discuss oral health hygiene of our patients as it relates to the mouth-body connection, including:

• Review and update dental x-rays and chart notes while maintaining dental equipment and x-ray machine.
• Record detailed narratives and probing depths for claims.
• Ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance.
• Sterilize and maintain dental supplies.
• Successfully complete Scaling and Root Planning and/or Prophylaxis.
• Excel with placing fluoride varnish and sealants.
• Serve as a point of escalation for both patient and team relations.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and the team.

Qualifications

•Current RDH licensure in Illinois or recieving licensure in the next 3 months
