General Overview

$5,000 Sign on Bonus

Compensation: $52- $55/hr and may increase based on skills and experience
Schedule: Full time or Part time--Monday -Thursday 7am - 5pm and Fridays 8am - 2pm

Sign on bonus:$5,000 sign on paid after 60 days

  • Ability to empathize and provide top-notch, positive, patient care while connecting with
    our diverse patient base.
  • A degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license.
  • CPR certification.

Responsibilities

As aDental Hygienist, you will identify opportunities to discuss oral health hygiene of our patients as it relates to the mouth-body connection, including:

  • Review and update dental x-rays and chart notes while maintaining dental equipment and x-ray machine.
  • Record detailed narratives and probing depths for claims.
  • Ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance.
  • Sterilize and maintain dental supplies.
  • Successfully complete Scaling and Root Planning and/or Prophylaxis.
  • Excel with placing fluoride varnish and sealants.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for both patient and team relations.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and the team.

Qualifications

Current Certification from an accredited Hygiene Program.

•Current CPR Certification.

Interest or experience in Assisted Hygiene (with a dedicated Dental Assistant)

•Demonstrates leadership and strong communication skills.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
