Baystate Dental is hiring a Full-time Dental Hygienist to work with our amazing team in our state-of-the-art facility, located in Northampton, MA 01060.

Schedule

Mon-Fri or Tue-Fri (8:00-5:00). No nights or weekends required.

Full-time position offers:

• $5k Sign on bonus
• Competitive Pay : $44-$53 per hour
• Paid time off (1 wk 1st year, 2 wks 2nd year, 3 wks after 5 years)

Baystate Dental is a newer dental office with a fantastic team that enjoys working together. Our office is busy so you’ll never have to worry about keeping your schedule full. We understand the importance technology plays in providing top notch dental care and strive to keep up with the latest. We are currently utilizing hygiene lasers; 3D printers; Primescan; Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT), a game changer in the hygiene world; and Overjet AI. You’ll have the best technology to provide your patients with top quality care!

To ensure our hygienists get off to a successful start, the candidate we hire will be offered a short training program, so when they begin to see patients, they will feel confident and comfortable in their new position within our team.

Previous experience is always a plus but we also encourage new hygiene grads to apply as well. The Hygienist we hire must have an active Hygiene license for the state of Massachusetts. New grads must be applying for license soon. Local anesthesia license is preferred but not required to be considered for the position.

• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
• Assist dentists with exams and treatments as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records, medical history and ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Follow sterilization and infection control protocols
