Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a dental hygienist to join a national network of independently owned practices. You will work as an empowered clinician with autonomy to assess oral health, educate patients, and deliver high-quality care across multiple offices.

We offer onboarding, hands-on training, and access to advanced technology like TRIOS 3D scanning and Videa AI, with both full-time and part-time opportunities. Expect a structured onboarding and strong mentorship from Hygiene Support Team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
• Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $ 87,360K–$89,440 K annualized, plus an uncapped incentive plan rewarding patient-centered care
