Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a dental hygienist to join a national network of independently owned practices. You will assess oral health, educate patients, and work with clinicians in a modern, technology-enabled environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $42-$44/hr, plus an uncapped incentive plan rewarding patient-centered care

What You’ll Do

• Travel to nearby offices to support practice operations**
• Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans
• Utilize digital technology to support clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences
• Manage your schedule and supplies with the autonomy needed to provide comprehensive care
• As this position requires daily travel to assigned offices, you must maintain a valid non-restricted driver's license and appropriate insurance or the ability to be insured under the employer’s fleet insurance program (for those assigned a Company fleet vehicle). The Company reserves the right to request and review your Motor Vehicle Record at any time, according to state requirements.
