Aspen Dental is seeking a dental hygienist who will act as an empowered clinical partner with autonomy to assess oral health, educate patients, and recommend care based on clinical indicators. You will work across modern practices in a national network, with structured onboarding and ongoing training.

Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $55–$60/hr plus an uncapped incentive plan rewarding patient-centered care
• Sign-on bonus: $5,000 for tuition reimbursement, relocation, and more
