Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a dental hygienist to join our network of independently owned practices. You’ll partner with the doctor to assess oral health, create personalized care plans, and educate patients with modern technology.

We offer full‑time, part‑time, or PRN roles with competitive pay ($114,400–$124,800 annually), a $10K sign‑on bonus, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, holidays, and TAG University CE.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
• Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $ $114,400 to $124,800 annualized, plus an uncapped incentive plan rewarding patient-centered care
• Sign-on bonus: $10K paid out monthly over a period of 12 months* for tuition reimbursement, relocation, and more
