Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a part-time dental hygienist in California with Fridays and Saturdays shifts (9am-3pm). You’ll partner with doctors, use advanced digital tools, and educate patients while delivering high-quality care. Expect onboarding, ongoing training, and mentorship within a supportive practice network.

Competitive pay ($65-$70/hr) plus an uncapped incentive plan, with opportunities for growth through TAG University and clinical advancement.

Qualifications

Job Type : Part-Time: Fridays and Saturdays (9am-3pm)

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $65-$70/hr plus an uncapped incentive plan rewarding patient-centered care

What to Expect

• Manageable schedules (5-7 patients per day) that allow time for thorough assessments, patient education, and meaningful care
• Structured two-week onboarding and training to support a confident transition into patient care
