Dental Hygienist ~ Pediatrics & Young Adults ~ Asheville or Charlotte

General dental practice caring for ages 1 through 20. They are committed to educating young patients on best practices for optimal dental health between visits. Working with the youngest members of our community leads to the best long-term results and career reward for this dedicated team of Hygienists and Dentists.

Job Duties:

1. Review Medical History with parent/guardian or patient.
2. Take x-rays when appropriate.
3. Scale and Polish teeth.
4. Write chart notes.
5. Assist Dentist with charting the exam.
6. Gain permission from parents/guardians for sealants.
7. Speak with parents/guardians regarding today's visit.
8. Other duties as assigned to assist team.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Enjoys teamwork (our hygienists have a dedicated group of DA II's to assist in seeing our young patients).
2. Enjoys working with children.

Requirements:
