Job summary

Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our Triangle-area team. You will provide preventive and periodontal care, educate patients, and uphold the highest clinical standards in a collaborative environment.

We offer a full-time schedule (Mon-Thu 7:45 AM - 4:00 PM; Fri 7:45 AM - 2:00 PM, varies by location) with a modern, patient-centered practice, competitive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth in North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Current Dental Hygienist license in North Carolina.
• Completion of an accredited Dental Hygiene program (Associate's degree or certificate required).
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance.
• Conduct patient screenings and periodontal charting.
• Take dental radiographs for diagnostic purposes.
• Provide oral cancer screenings.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and disease prevention.
• Document patient care in electronic records.
• Explain treatment plans and associated fees with patients.
• Communicate patient conditions with the dentist.
• Maintain operatory cleanliness and sterilization standards.
