Be punctual and dedicated to patient care. Knowledge of Dentrix Ascend or similar software is helpful but not mandatory.

Typical daily duties include:

• Preparing your day, patient education, using adjuncts, and maintaining communication.
• Building patient relationships, performing clinical procedures like root planning, sealants, and screenings.
• Mentoring new staff, working with team members, charting, and encouraging patient reviews.
• Meeting or exceeding goals, generating reports, attending meetings, and using digital x-rays and wellness scans.

Qualifications:

• Customer service-oriented, likable, and clinically skilled.
• Flexible scheduling, including early mornings, late evenings, and some holidays.
• Experience in a fast-paced practice, attention to detail, and a certificate in anesthesia.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus.

Education:

• Associate degree in Dental Hygiene required.
• Bachelor’s preferred but not required.
• 1-3 years of practice experience required.
