Job summary
Stonecreek Dentistry is seeking a qualified Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team in Irvine, CA. You will screen patients, perform cleanings, and assist dentists with exams and procedures in a family‑oriented practice.

Qualifications
- Must hold current dental hygienist licensure.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and dentistry safety guidelines.
- Able to stand for extended periods and bend repeatedly.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable
- Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer questions
- Prep sterilized equipment for exams and procedures
- Take vital signs and record medical histories
- Perform preliminary exams and collect oral health histories
- Evaluate patients for gum disease, cavities, and infection
- Remove plaque and apply fluoride treatments
- Teach good oral hygiene techniques
- Create dental impressions
- Take x-rays
- Assist dentist during procedures and exams
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and office policies
