Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal treatments with precision and care.
• Conduct oral health assessments, including periodontal charting and oral cancer screenings.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and personalized care plans.
• Take and process digital X-rays and assist with dental charting.
• Build trusting relationships with patients, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience.
• Collaborate with dentists to provide personalized treatment recommendations.
• Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols.

We are seeking a motivated and caring Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team! Whether you're an experienced hygienist or a recent graduate, we offer a supportive environment where you can thrive. This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling options (4-5 days/week) and no weekend hours—perfect for maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Pay

• $40 - $50 per hour
• Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule

Monday-Thursday (8AM-5PM), Friday (8AM-3PM), NO WEEKENDS!

Requirements

• License & Certification: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Basic life support, Licensed dental hygienist
• Active New Hampshire RDH license.
• CPR Certification.
• Strong knowledge of periodontal care and preventive dentistry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.

Preferences

• Software Experience: Open Dental
• Experience with digital charting and dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft).
• Passion for patient education and community outreach.
