Pay

• $40 - $49 per hour
• Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday: 8AM–1PM, 2–5PM
• Tuesday, Thursday: 7AM–12PM, 1–4PM
• Friday: 8AM–1PM

Requirements

• Must hold an active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license for South Carolina.
• Ability to commute reliably to Liberty, SC or relocate prior to starting employment.
• Entry-level candidates with the right skills and attitude are encouraged to apply.

Preferences

• Prior experience in a dental office setting.
• Knowledge or experience with pediatric dental care.
• Experience with medical billing and dental coding is a plus.

Job Description

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and comprehensive oral examinations for patients from children to adults.
• Educate patients on effective oral hygiene practices, dental care, and preventive strategies.
• Accurately take, develop, and interpret dental X-rays following stringent safety protocols.
• Properly document treatment plans, progress notes, and other important health information in compliance with HIPAA standards.
• Work closely with dentists and other team members to coordinate comprehensive, high-quality patient care.
• Contribute to pediatric dentistry services by ensuring gentle, positive interactions with young patients.
• Stay current with the latest dental hygiene advancements and integrate new best practices.
• Assist in ancillary office and clinical tasks as needed.
