Help Wanted: Dental Hygienist (Split Time – General & Periodontal Practices)

Location: Oak Creek WI and Franklin WI

Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time (Split Between Two Practices)

Open to: Full or part time! Schedule: Flexible full time hours or part time! Can split your week between our office and our perio office in Franklin.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Pay: $40-$52/hourly, Daily Bonus Opportunity, Full-Time Benefits: Health, Vision, PTO, 401K, and MUCH MORE!

Minimum Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Wisconsin
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds

Availability to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.

Note: A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions, to be completed prior to starting employment, except in FL & TN.
