Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Illinois.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.
• Local Anesthesia and Nitrous certification.
• CPR Certification.
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry and hygiene procedures.
• Accurate medical history documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental prophylaxes and SRPs as required.
• Schedule and conduct patient recalls and assessments.
• Document patient medical history and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with dentists and dental team to provide quality care.
