You will perform prophy cleanings, SRPs, recalls, manage patient screenings, and maintain accurate medical histories in a multi-specialty practice led by Dr.

Anthony LaVacca. Eligible candidates hold Illinois hygiene licensure, Local Anesthesia and Nitrous certification, CPR, and a degree in dental hygiene; experience with digital x-rays

Qualifications

• Current dental hygienist license in Illinois.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.
• Local Anesthesia and Nitrous certification.
• CPR Certification.
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene procedures.
