Dental Hygienist Job in Springfield, Massachusetts

Blue Jay Dental is working with a leading Dental Client that is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join their dynamic clinical team in Springfield, MA. This well-established organization operates in multiple states and continues to grow. They are committed to providing exemplary patient care and are passionate about preventive oral health. Schedule: Monday Thursday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine dental cleanings and oral maintenance.
2. Conduct oral health assessments and take dental X-rays.
3. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care.
4. Assist dentists during exams and treatments.
5. Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with all industry regulations.
6. Follow sterilization and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and efficient environment.

Qualifications:

1. Associate or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
2. Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
3. Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient care.
4. Ability to work effectively as part of a team to deliver the highest level of dental care.
