Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join a collaborative dental team in Crystal River, FL.

You will deliver preventive hygiene care, educate patients on oral health, and work with dentists and hygienists to provide personalized care. Formación

• Licensed Dental Hygienist or eligible to become licensed in the state of practice.
• New graduates welcome.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for patient care, education and prevention.

• Collaborative, positive approach to working with patients and teammates.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality preventive dental hygiene care using evidence-based protocols.
• Perform appropriate assessments, diagnostics and preventive treatments within your scope of practice.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention and the connection between oral and overall health.
• Build trusting relationships with patients and create a welcoming, judgment-free experience.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to identify patient needs and personalize treatment.
• Stay current with dental technologies, instruments and best practices that enhance patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable safety and compliance standards.
