Dental Associates of CT is seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our two-office practice in West Hartford and Avon. You will perform dental hygiene procedures, educate patients, and help maintain a relaxed, high-quality care environment.

Ideal candidates hold an RDH license in Connecticut, an associate degree in dental hygiene, and have strong communication skills. The position offers a competitive hourly rate ($50–$55) and benefits including health insurance and paid time off.

Associate’s degree in dental hygiene from an accredited program.
Valid Connecticut RDH license to practice.

Mansioni

Perform dental hygiene services including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, fluoride and sealants.
Detect disease via oral cancer screening; examine gums; assess recession levels.
Select materials/equipment based on patient’s oral health needs.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative instructions.
Document hygiene services with vital signs, histories and charting.
Sterilize equipment and assist with taking X-rays as needed.
