Community Clinic in Springdale, AR, is hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our dental team. The role is full-time, Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM. You will work under a dentist to provide comprehensive preventive care and patient education to diverse patients.

Qualifications

• Valid Arkansas RDH license required for practice.
• Experience with preventive hygiene care for adults and children.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Remove plaque and buildup; take and develop dental X-rays.
• Apply sealants and fluoride to teeth.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices.
• Take impressions for dentist examination.
• Enter patient data into EMR accurately (procedures, appointments, super-bills).
• Follow HIPAA/HITECH and OSHA guidelines and maintain confidentiality.
