Shift & Schedule

Monday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Thursday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Friday through Sunday: Closed

Requirements

• License & Certification: Licensed dental hygienist
• Software Experience: Open Dental, Eaglesoft
• Years of Professional Experience: Experienced Dental hygienist with 1+ years of practice
• Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Washington
• Experience as a dental hygienist preferred, entry-level candidates considered
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills with a focus on gentle patient care
• Ability to work effectively in a busy and patient-centric office
• Excellent work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
• Proficient with Dentrix or similar dental practice management software preferred

Preferences

• Previous experience working in a busy dental office setting
• Experience with Dentrix dental software
• Laser or periodontal therapy certifications a plus
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Description

• Perform all dental hygiene procedures including cleanings, periodontal charting, and scaling/root planing as needed
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and screenings
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive dental care plans
• Collaborate effectively with dentists and the rest of the clinical team to ensure outstanding patient care
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records using Dentrix software and other office tools
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards
• Demonstrate compassionate and gentle care to enhance patient comfort and trust
• Assist in fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment
